Pioneer of the western Galilee and of Mediterranean blends.

Restaurateur Jacques Capsouto ran his famous Manhattan restaurant for over thirty years. He was the first to list Israeli wines and became an ambassador of Israeli wines in New York. Now he has become a pioneer in Israel too. His vineyard situated near Pekiin in the Western Galilee and he specializes in Rhone varieties and Mediterranean blends, which he considers most suitable for the Israeli terroir. (Kosher.)

Capsouto Eva Blanc

Capsouto's Cuvee Eva Blanc is a complex, Mediterranean style blend of mainly Grenache Blanc, with a little Roussanne, Clairette and Marsanne from Jacques Capsouto's Western Galilee vineyard.

Capsouto Eva Rose

A beautiful pink colored rose. Dry with refreshing acidity and delicate fruit. Cuvee Eva Rose is named after Jacques Capsouto's mother.

Capsouto Samuel Rouge

Cuvee Samuel is a blend in the style of the Southern Rhone, made from Mourvedre, Grenache Noir, Counoise and Syrah. The wine is named after Jacques Capsouto's brother and grandfather.

Capsouto Marco Rouge

This is the Grand Vin of Jacques Capsouto Vignobles. The wine is a Mediterranean blend of Grenache, Mourvedre and Syrah. Complex, rich and chewy. Cuvee Marco is named after Capsouto's father.
